  Been there a few times for breakfast. Portions are always large and food comes out fast, but the waitresses are overworked, and usually slow to bring menus/take drink orders/food orders.
  
  Usual diner food, nothing exquisite, but it's a family friendly place. Kids will eat it, so that's a good thing.
  
  Takes forever to pay your bill since the waitresses have to stop what they're doing to go all the way to the opposite side of the place to cash you out.
  
  We will go there when in town, but don't make a point to go out of our way to land there.

  4836 state Route 233, Westmoreland May 31, 2018 Food not protected in general. Spider webs hanging over boxes of food in basement. Spider webs above shelves with to-go and catering boxes. Improper cleaning, washing and sanitizing of equipment and utensils. Dirty wiping cloths strewn throughout the kitchen. Fronts, doors, and sides of every cooler and freezer in the kitchen is dirty with grease and food debris. Fronts and sides of all fryers are dirty with grease a food debris, shelf under grill top is dirty with grease and food debris, inside shelves of all coolers and freezers are dirty with grease and food debris, numerous wire metal storage racks are dirty with grease and food debris, in kitchen, plastic liners on shelves in dry storage area are dirty with food debris, shelves in basement storage area are dirty with spider webs and dead bugs, shelves in basement walk-in dirty with food debris, floor in basement walk-in cooler is dirty with ripped cardboard boxes and spilled blood, outsides of two flour bins in basement are dirty with food debris and a spider web. Improper construction and maintenance of physical facilities. Floor is dirty with grease build up a food debris throughout the kitchen, dry storage area, and in the basement; especially under shelves, grills, ovens, fryers, and other equipment.

  Popped inside while on a road trip to Buffalo from Boston. The service was warm, quick and polite, the food was hot and delicious, and the coffee kept flowing. I highly recommend stopping in if you're passing through the area and need a bite.

  Placed a order for pick up, like I had many times over the years. Always been satisfied with the food but always tried not to watch the kitchen staff at work in fear of seeing health code issues.  Well...when I showed to pick up my meal it was unusually busy and therefore my order was not ready.  Against my better judgement, I watched the kitchen staff prepare my food.  So as one cook, with no gloves, grabbed a handful of roast beef out of a container, for my sandwich, placed it on the bread he did a double take.  He lifted the container to his nose and winced.  He than pulled the meat of my sandwich, threw it back in the container and dumped it in the garbage.  Reached below into the  cooler for another container of roast beef.  Grabbed it out with the same un-gloved hand and placed it on the bread the rancid roast beef was already on.  At this point I was nauseated.  I noticed the owner at the breakfast bar doing paperwork so I thought I would let him know, very quietly and tactfully I might add, as to not alarm the other customers.  He became irrate and very defensive and yelled to the cooks to cancel the roast beef club order.  I have been in food service mgmt for a large portion of my life and with any basic training you would know this is not how to react to a customer's concern.  I am very saddened that I am losing this establishment as a dining choice as it is locally owned.  Also, as they say...the bathrooms tell you all you need to know about how clean the kitchen and staff are...don't use these bathrooms of you intend to stay a regular customer!!

  We have only had breakfast here so I cant vouch for anything else but if all the meals are like this you will be satisfied for sure. You eill not walk away hungry because portions are a good size.we got everything just the way it was ordered.It is a family friendly place
